Position Title : New Business Staff / Senior Staff
Department : Operation
Reporting to : Line Manager
JOB PURPOSE / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The employee responsible for: Responsibility include but are not limited to the following activities
  • Perform data entry, data verification of all new applications submitted by the salesforce.
  • Verify related documents and ensure completeness of application submitted, supporting documents related, based on company’s guideline and standard of procedures.
  • Review and request additional documents (in case of incomplete documents) and follow up with the salesforce to close the case within turnaround time.
  • Perform all transactions in the system such as Withdrawn, NTU, CFI, Postpone, Decline…… based on customer’s request and or underwriting decision
  • Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly consolidate submission, pending… others of reports.
  • Provide efficient administrative support to team members, such as reporting, filing, tracking.
  • Work closely with team members to provide support, to update the NB manual, to provide/update training materials/ presentation.
  • Review and streamline changes to NB processes, guidelines, and any related documents/ forms.
  • Prepare refund list and supporting document to Finance when customers request to cancel application/ policy.
Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal interface:
  • Report directly to New business Manager or such other person as the Company may direct from time to time.
  • Work closely with another team members.
  • Coordination and communication with other departments.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, can-do mindset, energetic, and flexible.
REQUIREMENT Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree of business administration or related field Experience & Skill:
  • 1- 2- year experiences in the life insurance business or financial industry
  • Excellence interpersonal, good at communication and problems solving
  • Commitment and responsibility
  • Able to work overtime and weekend
