Last Saturday, we launched the “Kiwami Dai-ichi Master Program” at our HQ to over 150 participants. The program is designed to enhance the capacity and skills of insurance agents to serve customers professionally and to contribute to the sustainability of the life insurance industry in Cambodia.

Our speakers shared with the participants the attractive benefits, intensive support, and Japanese quality training program that we provide to our life insurance agents.

After the launch event, our team conducted interviews with prospective participants over the whole weekend. We would like to sincerely thank all the participants for showing great interest in the recruitment drive. We will be reaching out to the successful candidates very soon!
