Position Title : Senior Supervisor, Corporate Planning
Department : Corporate Planning
Reporting to : Assistant Manager, Corporate Planning
JOB PURPOSE / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support company performance management through business analytics, profitability analysis, KPI monitoring, and management reporting.
- Analyze business performance trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and committees.
- Conduct profitability and financial performance analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate management committee meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Facilitate corporate approval processes and ensure timely coordination across stakeholders.
- Support corporate governance and management processes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage corporate administration activities and maintain proper documentation and records.
- Act as a liaison for cross-functional communication, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
- Track and follow up on strategic initiatives, projects, and management action plans.
- Provide recommendations to enhance organizational performance, operational efficiency, and governance practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in finance, accounting, audit, banking, insurance, consulting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data in a clear and structured manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance, banking, financial services, or auditing industry.
- Experience in performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, or management reporting.
- Experience in preparing management reports, presentations, or meeting materials.
- Experience in business analytics or profitability analysis.
