Position Title : Manager, Finance
Department : CP Department
Reporting to : Senior Manager of Corporate Planning or such other person as the Company may direct from time to time
JOB PURPOSE / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The Finance Manager is responsible for:
  • Manage daily operations of finance department
  • Produce financial statements in accordance to CIFRS
  • Forecast and manage company’s cashflow
  • Manage relevant tax matters
  • Perform planning, executing & controlling over investments
  • Budget planning & controlling
  • Formulate/develop relevant policies, guidelines & SOPs
  • Perform asset liability management
  • Handle relevant reports to Ministry of Economy & Finance, Insurance Association of Cambodia, General Department of Taxation and others
  • Participate and support relevant project implementation such as CIFRS 17, system set up…etc.
  • Facilitate and manage on audit matters
  • Coach/develop team/subordinates
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • More than 8 year experiences in Accounting and tax and a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success and Minimum 5 year experience in leading team (experience in insurance industry is a plus)
  • Master degree in finance/accounting, or related field (CAT, CPA, ACCA, CA is a plus)
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong undertaking strategic analysis and multi-tasking skill
