Position Title : Supervisor, PD Planning
Department : Partnership Department
Reporting to : Senior Partnership Planning & Support Manager or such other person as the Company may direct from time to time
Job Purpose / Principal Accountabilities
- Assist to lead the banca planning team comprising to banca record, planning, reporting
- Assist manager to implement projects related to banca sales plan
- Support manager to develop/ implement the banca channel guideline in order to ensure the
- quality of banca performance
- Supervise requirements planning for department, division, project, or organization
- Prepare memo, requirements and update manual/banca handbook
- Coordinate the budget for banca channel activities and events organization
- Participate in sales training, refreshment training for banca salesforce
- Plan recruitment and sales events of the banca channel
- Support and facilitate banca sales activities plan
- Assist Supervisor to set KPI for Banca Salesforce
- Gather competitor information and adjust to the current market needs
- Join, plan, and support CSR activities as needs
- Other tasks assign by line manager
Working Relationships
- Reports directly to Senior Manager, Partnership Planning & Support or such other person as the company may direct from time to time
- Working closely with other team members and Reginal Head Office
- Coordination and communication with other departments
