Daiichi Life proudly celebrated the graduation of our first batch members of the Kiwami Daiichi Master Program, marking another milestone to help shape the future leaders in the insurance industry as we reach 5th anniversary in Cambodia this year. Besides this first batch, Daiichi Life has launched four additional batches across Phnom Penh, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, and Siem Reap, recruited over 100 program members. “I am excited to see our first batch members reach this significant step," said Mr. Mah Kin Yoong, Acting CEO of Daiichi Life. “I am also proud to see that our program, modeled after Japanese standards, provides a well-structured curriculum to prepare graduates for a promising future as an insurance agent,” he added. On 7 October 2023, the Partnerships department held Final Sprint meeting under “Rise Stronger Together” theme and Gala Dinner under “Violet Night” theme. The department honored the top performers and organized discussion groups for the members to share new knowledge and experience to serve customers professionally. The department celebrated the achievements for Q1-Q3 and its tremendous growth. The department also laid out a concrete plan to finish 2023 with great success and maintain Daiichi Life’s position as one of the fastest-growing life insurers.

Last Saturday, we launched the “Kiwami Daiichi Master Program” at our HQ to over 150 participants. The program is designed to enhance the capacity and skills of insurance agents to serve customers professionally and to contribute to the sustainability of the life insurance industry in Cambodia. Our speakers shared with the participants the attractive benefits, intensive support, and Japanese quality training program that we provide to our life insurance agents. After the launch event, our team conducted interviews with prospective participants over the whole weekend.
