On 7 October 2023, the Partnerships department held Final Sprint meeting under “Rise Stronger Together” theme and Gala Dinner under “Violet Night” theme. The department honored the top performers and organized discussion groups for the members to share new knowledge and experience to serve customers professionally. The department celebrated the achievements for Q1-Q3 and its tremendous growth. The department also laid out a concrete plan to finish 2023 with great success and maintain Dai-ichi Life’s position as one of the fastest-growing life insurers.

Last Saturday, we launched the “Kiwami Dai-ichi Master Program” at our HQ to over 150 participants. The program is designed to enhance the capacity and skills of insurance agents to serve customers professionally and to contribute to the sustainability of the life insurance industry in Cambodia. Our speakers shared with the participants the attractive benefits, intensive support, and Japanese quality training program that we provide to our life insurance agents. After the launch event, our team conducted interviews with prospective participants over the whole weekend.
