Dai-ichi Life Cambodia is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mah Kin Yoong as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1st, 2024.
Mr. Mah Kin Yoong brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record within Dai-ichi Life Group. In 2020, he joined the group's regional headquarters, DLI Asia Pacific PTE. LTD as General Manager, leading Distribution, Digital and Innovation. In 2022, leveraging his experience, he was seconded to Dai-ichi Life Cambodia as Chief Commercial Officer and subsequently as Chief Operating Officer in 2023.
Since January 2024, he has served Dai-ichi Life Cambodia as Acting CEO, playing a pivotal role in the company's business growth and expansion. He has proven strategic leadership skills and experience, making him the ideal candidate for the CEO role.

This has allowed him to develop our business operations that drive significant growth, from improving customer experiences through digitalization and amplifying brand awareness to expand our professional sales forces and support our partners”, he added.
