04 August 2023 – Dai-ichi Life Insurance (Cambodia) PLC. (“Dai-ichi Life Cambodia”) officially inaugurated its new headquarters (HQ) today to offer unparalleled experience to all and further cements the fast-growing life insurer’s long-term commitment to the people of Cambodia.

The new HQ opening ceremony was graced by H.E. Bou Chanphirou, Director General of the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC), accompanied by Mr. Ponlu Tola, CEO of Dai-ichi Life Cambodia and members of the Board of Directors.

I would like to congratulate Dai-ichi Life Cambodia on the new HQ’s opening, which reflects its growth and commitment to operate in Cambodia in the long-term. At the same time, the new HQ will also support further growth in the Cambodian insurance market, with more insurance services and increase the awareness to the Cambodian people. It will also be more convenient for customers to purchase insurance products moving forward.

The new office space also features wall murals integrating both local and Japanese culture proudly painted by local Khmer artists.
