Dai-ichi Life, a leading Japanese life insurer, launched a new football program aimed at enhancing employee health and wellness. The program is a part the company’s ongoing health initiatives and commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
It is more than just a sport; it's an opportunity to foster teamwork, camaraderie, and a sense of community. Our care for the team’s well-being is deeply rooted in one of our company's core values – We Care. By promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering a supportive work environment, our team can boost their morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.
The program encourages all employees to participate, regardless of their experience level. In addition to football, Dai-ichi Life has also launched a series of sports activities, including running, aerobics, and badminton. Currently, Dai-ichi Life team is training for the badminton charity tournament organized by the Insurance Association of Cambodia on September 14 – 15th, 2024.
These initiatives help Dai-ichi Life members build stronger bonds with their colleagues and the communities while maintaining a healthy living. The program also aligns with the company’s broader corporate social responsibility goals of contributing to a healthier, more vibrant community.
